My Etsy shop account was suspended in December 2024 without any explanation. I have never violated any policies or engaged in unlawful activities. My shop name , mucreativesolutions , was successful and consistently earned the Star Seller badge every month.However, following the device verification update, my account was suddenly suspended, and I have been unable to log in since then. I cannot access the Help Center or any support channels. The only option available to me is to submit an appeal once every 15 days, which has so far yielded no results.What is most disheartening is the complete lack of communication from Etsy regarding the reason for the suspension. It seems evident that this may be a technical or algorithmic issue, potentially caused by an error in your AI-based detection systems.This is the third technical issue I have encountered within the same year.
