I'm a new arist and I got recommended etsy to start selling my paintings, no one would view my shop unless i brought traffic from socials which im not famous so it was hard.. etsy kept taking prossesing fees and whatever of around 10 pounds even though i didnt sell anything and barely got any views in the past year and i finally made a sale of a painting for 31 pounds and etsy basically leaves me with only 15 POUNDS out of the 50 pounds the buyer paid (8 pounds shipping) all I've to say is I'm very dissapointed it's scam, a waste of time and money I'd never recommend it to anyone. Also theres not enough protection for the sellers way too many scammers and the whole thing discourages you deeply from doing anything with etsy. Im deleting my shop as soon as i finish this order
