My daughter bought tickets for Toosii’s meet and greet at the Rod Wave’s Last Lap Tour on Dec 16, 2024; she and numerous other ppl didn’t get to meet him because they never got wrist bands to be able to go to the area to do do. The ppl with VIP tix met him. I don’t know who dropped the ball but there should have been a VIP ticket and if they bought the meet and greet (which were separate) should have had another wrist band for that. And the ppl who bought the meet and greet tickets should have had that same band . My daughter was disappointed because she had been waiting to see him. And Vystar Memorial didn’t have it set up correctly. There should have been two separate set ups… because there were 2 type tickets. Vystar Veterans memorial assumed that the ppl with VIP were the only ones with Meet and Greet access but didn’t realize that anyone could have bought them regardless of the seat status. So, there were a lot of ppl that didn’t get to meet him that bought the tix. I work for a company and was there… so I was trying to assist but things weren’t set up correctly. Our briefing only talked about the VIPs and they weren’t even sure on how the meet and greet is supposed to work. How would those ppl get a refund on their tickets? Ppl paid $100 to meet him. I know there were at least 10 disappointed ppl with my daughter who didn’t meet him. ( Now you can hire me to be in charge of the Meet and Greets because clearly someone cannot handle that job. ) Is there a way for you to see if tickets were scanned or not for that? Also, how can this be rectified and my daughter and numerous others be reimbursed? I tried talking to Ticketmaster and the Vystar Memorial Person but they were no help. Please assist . Yolanda D
