Eventbrite have not paid out on a hosted event The help system is a constant circle of same again and there is no customers service whatsoever, their system has held on to my payment for weeks and asks for my account details even though I have repeatedly entered them and they are correct. I spent 30 minutes with their chat person who was referring the matter to their Tech Dept (supposedly).I have emailed every dept I can find but of course no response whatsoever.DON'T USE THEM
