Awful. I was double-charged for some tickets and contacted them immediately, as well as the organizer. They essentially gave me the runaround for three months saying that I should talk to the organizer after I had tried multiple times. I let them know the organizer was not replying so they finally did refund me, but it was only half of the duplicate charge—I’m still out an extra $100. A couple weeks ago they told me that they were escalating my support ticket because I was still asking for the remainder of my money back and that I should wait for someone to reach out to me. I tried to follow-up earlier today and got an undeliverable message saying that my case had been “resolved” and to fill out another form. Screw it, I’m disputing the charge now.Would never book with them again, just on principal—won’t even correct their own mistake. Reading these reviews I guess I should feel grateful that I even got half of my money back—what a joke they are.Oh, and the headliner didn’t even show up for the concert so I was double-charged for a crappy night lol.
