when I have used a search engine to look for an event which I know is listed on Eventbrite and open the link to that page, an error message appears. I eventually found the page by looking at the events being hosted by the organizer but for anyone without that information, (ie potential customers who would buy tickets) the difficulty of finding the page would result in lost tickets saies. From the perspective of someone making events, the site is user-hostile, and when help is sought, frustratingly and unhelpfully the 'contact us' tab loops back to the page asking if you need help.
