Purchased Grandstand Seats through EVENTBRITE for the 2023 nyc marathon, and my girl along with many other paying spectators, were forced to stand in line for over a half hour. The line literally didn't move for that long, because after she had already been in line for 5 minutes, she checked my tracking and I was at mile 22......Fast Forward to a half-hour later and she is still in the exact same spot and I'm now at mile 25.2....they were understaffed. I messaged NYRR, and EVENTBRITE multiple times and still no response. I want a full refund for the ticket my girl was not allowed to use. Thank you
