Very unclear description with subscription in terms of what you are receiving as far as flip files go. Spent much time and effort trying to download just a simple flipfile, which is all I wanted. However, even with the many chats in the service provided, it was always confusing and there was never a direct answer as to why I was not able get a copy of the flipfile which i spent a lot of time working on, just so that it can be downloaded in that exact format as it was displayed, only to be told eventually that i would have to upgrade! very disappointing. there should be clear indications as to EXACTLY what one is getting!

Purchased Grandstand Seats through EVENTBRITE for the 2023 nyc marathon, and my girl along with many other paying spectators, were forced to stand in line for over a half hour. The line literally didn't move for that long, because after she had already been in line for 5 minutes, she checked my tracking and I was at mile 22......Fast Forward to a half-hour later and she is still in the exact same spot and I'm now at mile 25.2....they were understaffed. I messaged NYRR, and EVENTBRITE multiple times and still no response. I want a full refund for the ticket my girl was not allowed to use. Thank you

Whoever updates the website needs to be retrained. Every....single......time.....i order shoes I have to order 5 pairs. Not because I need 5 pairs, but because I can be certain that 3 out of those 5 won't ship because they are no longer in stock. Every single order this happens...You would think they would have worked out that bug by now. Its super frustrating. Although when I didnt receive an item they did a very quick return and refunded me. The customer service agent was very friendly. But come on, update yo damn site.

Backed a project a few years ago by Matt (guy on shark tank with the glowing toliet bowls) and the POS thief took off with our money. He made lame excuses about how COVID shut down China'distrubtions right at the Chinese New Year and everything. Constantly reported it to Kickstarter and Kickstarter has repeatedly informed every backer of this project that WE (the backers) are 100% to blame and that they hold 0% Fault or Liability for failure to take action when Matt was first reported to be scamming people. They say he has the right to do this and they have no legal responsiblity at all to ensure the creators using their platform are honest nor that they pledgers don't get scammed.BE WARNED and DO YOUR RESEARCH. I am an 'essential key worker' that regularly checks in on MSN - I loved the option of leaving my comments about news stories. Especially on the 'reality stars' that feel they are hard done by. Call it my mental health therapy. What I hate is that I can no longer comment on the news feeds. I could understand if I was 'abusive' but I only post safe comments. I would love to hear from MSN - a straight answer - as to when this option of freedom of speech will be given back to the public.

This is related to online shopping only. IKEA cancelled a part of my ordered without telling me. They sent me a cryptic email about a refund. I had not returned anything so I called them. They said they were out of stock on the drawer fronts, but asked me if I wanted to reorder them because they're in stock! They might as well have shipped a bed to me with three legs! What do you do with console drawers with no fronts! Outrageous. This is my last online order from IKEA.
