I bought a ticket for an event, long story short, a relative fell ill and I can no longer attend. I went through their refund process, only to be told the only way you can get a refund is through event cancellation, entirely negating their refund process. Why did I waste my time giving reasons for refund when they only refund for one reason, if even then? I won't be using them ever again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them. Absolute joke of a company.
