WORST COMPANY to deal with

I made a hotel reservation through them instead of directly with the hotel and when my plans changed, went to cancel via online (as that is their recommendation). The most difficult effort of my life. Their online software is TERRIBLE, it kept taking me in circles. Once I finally got an agent on the line, she stated that before she could cancel. she had to go over the details of my reservation, the ONLY reservation I had with them.What a joke! NEVER, EVER again! Don't just stay a away from them, but RUN! A real lesson in bad software, aggravation and stupidity
