Great product, I used it to create a promotional video for a client which ended up looking very good! What I appreciated the most about this company is that when I asked for a refund for having accidentally forgotten to stop my subscription, they issued it within the hour of me opening the ticket, which is more than appreciated. Will definitely use them again in the future when I need video editing.

Adidas has been awful. I ordered shoes and received a confirmation that they were delivered when I was home.but the package was not delivered. I searched my neighborhood also. I contacted Adidas and they told me to open a case with Lasership. Lasership did an “investigation” and told me it was delivered and to take it up with Adidas. Adidas would not send a replacement and told me they will open an investigation with Lasership. I told them I already did that and asked both for proof of delivery and was told they don’t have any. Adidas told me they won’t send a replacement. I had to dispute with my credit card. I also went to BBB to make a complaint and saw over 100 complaints exactly the same situation as I am in where deliveries didn’t show up with Lasership and Adidas not caring. The funny thing is, Adidas sent me a 30% off coupon to place another order! Awful!

Very little investigative journalism now, just a mouthpiece for the torrent of pure government propaganda, which we know - eg with SAGE modelling - is completely erroneous and scaremongering. Only one narrative on Covid, no debate with experts that have alternative views. Their views are being suppressed/censored as a result.

I booked and fully paid for a hotel via Agoda three weeks in advance. The day before check-in, the hotel told me they no longer accept Agoda bookings. Agoda offered either a refund or poor alternatives far from the beach, despite the original hotel being beachfront—important for us as my wife is pregnant. Prices have since tripled, and Agoda refused to help with a comparable option. No accountability, no real customer support. Never again

This service should be brilliant but their subscription model is complete dog sh!t. We upgraded to Premium Duo and it didn't give us any material benefit - two people couldn't even listen to music at the same time. I think Spotify's days are numbered.
