I used this company for the past three years all okay until renewal. I had forgotten about my renewal as they hadn’t sent a reminder. Asked PayPal to check. After check payment was released. ExpressVPN didn’t send subscription. After numerous emails fight finally they refunded my money even though this was not what I wanted. As I wanted the VPNWent onto ExpressVPN to renew, paid subscription only to find my account has been suspended. Which means I can’t access it. I have emailed them countless times asking for them to unlock my account, only to be given the same information, someone will get back to you over the next 24 hours, This has been going on now for three weeks.Customer service needs attention to say the least.Now it’s another email fight to get my money back. They are completely uselessNOTE I have contacted Express VPN 5/6 times with no success. NOBODY has been in contact with me. All I need is to have my account UNLOCKED.
