Literal theft,

Literal theft,Just tried logging into my EA account that i've spent hundreds of £'s on over the years and even more hours, I've not recieved my password reset link so I contacted support.Supprt tells me that because i'd not signed into my account for a set period of time the account had been literally deleted, wiped off the face of the earth without my consentand there is absolutely nothing i can do to get it back, no refunds, nothing.This Is theft, It matters not that it's written in the TOS. If I purchased a car and the TOS stated If I didn't drive it for a year they could destroy it and did so that company would be sued to high heaven.How Is this legal? I despise this company with my whole being.

Do not order online

Do not order online. They show shoes in stock. Once you order and wait 5 days they cancel order. They said their website isn’t live so be prepared to not get the shoes you order and wait 5 days for. Very annoying.

Steve is great 👍

Steve at the Gravois Bluff location in Fenton is very helpful, understanding, and takes the time to make sure all your questions have been answered. Before I dealt with Steve, I had a couple of bad experiences with that store and was very hesitant to even go back. Since dealing with Steve, he always goes above and beyond with service and his knowledge is great! I ask for him every time and even waited for him for over an hour + last time. Highly recommend!

What a shamble!

What a shamble!I was given no warning that my subscription was going to be charged and it came out of a old account.When asking for support this happened:1 - I was in an online chat for 1.5 hours (it said it would be 5m wait) with random automated messages asking me to wait. I had to open a new chat.2 - I chatted to Shilloh ruthei E. from support who denied to change the payment method.So now it feels like I am stuck with QB for another year with this bad support and, frankly, cannot wait to move to Xero.

I was broken down on a busy…

I was broken down on a busy intersection I couldn’t even put my hazard lights on because my battery was completely dead. With cars honking and passing by. I called triple AAA and within 15 minutes I had two trucks block me in and found that my battery wire came loose! They fixed it and I was on my way to a important lunch.

Filthy Tube 😖

Use the public transport they say! Ditch your car ! Its best for the enviroment.London tube carriages are absolutely filfty! (I used piccadilly line to Heathrow on 19/12/22)No none to help anywhere if you don't know where you going. Not enough sign about to inform you of other line closures before you do your connection!Definitely not a friendly way to travel if you have suitcases. I'll stick to my car ! I wont be voting for that mayor of London (not that i ever did!)London roads are a mess but the Tube is far worst.

Preply doesn't take responsibility when things go wrong

I booked a trial lesson with a tutor. A day before the class, she changed the date and time without my permission. After the trial lesson, she said she would send me some homework. I then booked a second lesson. As the lesson approached and I still hadn't received my homework, I asked her twice, but she pretended not to have read my messages. Once again, she rescheduled the lesson without consulting me first. Since I had not received the homework, I cancelled the lesson. The next time I checked, she appeared as "not available." Preply refused to refund the trial class, even though I didn't learn anything and the tutor did not fulfil her duties. They also tie you up with their subscription plans.Edited to add: Do not believe anything they say in their reply. I've contacted them; once they grab your money they won't it let go.

Post upgrade loss of file access. And no help.

Dropbox "upgraded" our account, resulting in our folders being completely reordered and permissions being changed. We fed back this issue to Dropbox and we just got an email lecture on how Dropbox thinks their "shared team space" should be used best. Hey Dropbox - difficult to share folders if permissions have been removed! So we now have to put a lot of time and effort into sorting this mess out. Pen and paper are safer than putting your data in the hands of this soulless corporation.

This is ridiculous

Created a one page website today, nothing sophisticated, and all good until I wanted to change the fonts.....You need to upgrade to Business Plan ONLY TO CHANGE THE FONTS. This is absolutely ridiculous. I know Word Press has ridiculous pricing, and to make a fully functional website, you need plenty of plugins which can cost lots of money..... But asking to upgrade to business plan just to change the fonts, this is another level guys.You can't be serious about this.That's complete nonsense.
