⸻My experience with FARFETCH this year has been extremely disappointing — mainly due to the shipping company, FedEx.I’ve sent dozens of emails expressing my frustration with their poor service, but unfortunately, I never received any real support or solution from your team.The lack of communication and customer care in addressing my concerns was unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected better. Sadly, this experience has pushed me to switch to another platform for my shopping.I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider your logistics partners to protect the trust of your customers in the future.
