Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Been on the line for over an hour now. No answering. They sent me shoes in the wrong color. I need shoes for a wedding and was relying on having them this week......... absolutely horrible. Will never order from there again or ever tell anyone to order from here. It’s one thing to send the wrong color, but how about getting more customer service representatives......

Target sucks! I have always said it too for years! Its like going to Walmart only prices are higher and they always do things just a little different and annoying. Case in point, I tried to verify gift card balance from both stores. Walmart, no problem, found out in under 5 minutes. The dysfuctional Target to no surprise, makes me sign in first, ridiculous because i had to create an account since i stopped shopping there. Then when i entered card# and access number nothing came up. Its a new gift card so obviously there is balance. So i tried again and their lousy system said locked out of account. So the ridiculous system that made me create a username is now locked out! Worst store!

As a national trust member, our first years membership is about to expire. We wanted to renew and a couple of months ago I read that they were not offering refunds or membership extensions for the period of closure, around 3 months but would offer a 25% discount on renewal. We received our renewal email today and no such discount is now included. It is appalling to treat members in this way, along with your terrible online booking system that gives no priority to current members. They are a money grabbing poorly run organisation and as a result we will NOT be renewing our membership!

Worst orders ever. Placed two orders, one for myself and one for my mother. My order included a large mirror, which was delivered broken and one other item was missing. Four weeks later I still follow-up daily with IKEA customer services and still no resolution. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. As for the bed I ordered for my mother, it appears as though lost in the mail. Delivery company does not know if and when it will be delivered. They cannot even give me an estimation of when delivery will be done. Never ordering again. Ever.
