Why am I unsatisfied?1. I have to repeat myself2. The support staff is super low-level and can only say "i understand your frustration"3. It said 3-minute wait, it was 30 minutes or more4. The staff is obviously working with 10 other people at the same time5. The staff should have suggested to upload to a platform they can access; I had to mention several times that the file is too big to upload here which you would think an FB staff member would know6. The months that I have been dealing with this issue is exceeding half a year; you would think that FB wants your money right? 7. My ads and business suffer due to your incompetence and this is not the first, it one out hundreds since I started with FB; all you do is take my money and not once have you offered some compensation in the form of FB ad credit or anything, that's what a company does when they screw up all the time8. I could say so much more as this is only one issue out of many, but it all falls on deaf ears anyway
