I shopped the Bloomington, MN store looking for a specific used Epiphone Les Paul on sale there. I checked it out and it was in mint condition and the price was right, so I bought it. Played for an hour or so at home and realized the neck was a little wider than was comfortable for my smaller and older hands, so I took advantage of their satisfaction guarantee on used gear and brought it back to trade for a Schecter Solo II, which has the same slimmer neck as my C-1 that I've grown used to playing. A great looking used model was available in an out of state store, and Eric, who helped me, couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful in making the exchange. He made me feel like he and Guitar Center sincerely wanted me to be happy with my purchase and the entire transaction was quick and hassle-free. By the time I got home about an hour later I received a notification and tracking number for my guitar which was already being shipped. Stellar customer service in every way.

Why am I unsatisfied?1. I have to repeat myself2. The support staff is super low-level and can only say "i understand your frustration"3. It said 3-minute wait, it was 30 minutes or more4. The staff is obviously working with 10 other people at the same time5. The staff should have suggested to upload to a platform they can access; I had to mention several times that the file is too big to upload here which you would think an FB staff member would know6. The months that I have been dealing with this issue is exceeding half a year; you would think that FB wants your money right? 7. My ads and business suffer due to your incompetence and this is not the first, it one out hundreds since I started with FB; all you do is take my money and not once have you offered some compensation in the form of FB ad credit or anything, that's what a company does when they screw up all the time8. I could say so much more as this is only one issue out of many, but it all falls on deaf ears anyway

I purchased refrigerator in August 2022. After few days it started creating noise. Then again after few days stopped cooling. Service provided by Samsung was not good because again after 3 months it stopped cooling. Now my new refrigerator being in warranty period is like dustbin. No replacement and compensation is given by Samsung. This is totally inhuman behaviour.

Bought a S25 from the Samsung website with a trade in. Now they are telling me 3 months later that my trade in doesnt meet their guidelines. This was false, and I pointed that out to them in a call, in which the customer support guy told me was a mess up on their end, but couldn't do anything about it. What a load of garbage (and from other recent reviews, it seems I'm not the only one having this trade in problem). So in short, I'm done. Now I have to switch over to IPhone my wife because this isnt the first time I've been swindled by samsung. Ive waisted so many hours on EVERY ORDER trying to make things right. This loyal costumer of 15 years is now had it. No more Samsung anything. If this is how they treat their loyal costumers, than I won't take any more part in it. They've waisted way too much of my time and money. Goodbye Samsung. And thanks for making me switch over to apple... 👎🏼

Castle Drogo and gardens - amazing!!! House is stunning and the long borders were inspirational.Spoilt by the meagre offering of salads- the tuna pasta salad was disgraceful. Hardly any greens paultry amount of poor quality tuna and small pasta shape. The meal was 500 calories with loads of e numbers. All just a little bit lazy

I was looking for platform to transfer large amounts from and to wallets/exchangers. I did research and saw crypto.com offering daily 10 BTC or equivalent withdrawals, I transfered some amount and I have 50,000. Weekly limit, I recived notification that transfer was exceeding and to text support in order to increase them. Support says its impossible, I just did calculations and saw, if I trasnfered 50 milion worth of BTC it would take me 21 years to take them out with this limits This is nothing but a disresect. On top of this support was not sending chat to supervisor for 5 minutes and issue is still not resolved. worst platform.
