Absolutely the Worst Shipping Company – Avoid at All CostsFedEx is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is practically non-existent — it’s like talking to a brick wall. If your package gets delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address (which happens often), don’t expect any real help. You’ll just get scripted responses, endless transfers, or worse, a chatbot that loops you into nowhere.They make delivery promises they can’t keep, tracking is vague or outright inaccurate, and if you try to contact them for help, good luck — you’ll need the patience of a saint. I’ve had packages sit in the same location for days with zero updates, drivers who lie about delivery attempts, and no accountability from anyone at FedEx.I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Spend your money elsewhere — UPS, USPS, DHL, literally anyone else is better.
