The product its truly breahttaking, but due to their 24h-response policy, it's now taken me over a week to solve one little thing on my Canva website. So take this:- For every follow-up question related to the same support topic, I have to wait 24h for a response- When Canva did not understand my question, I have to rephrase it, and have to wait another 24h- On and on and on. Very, very annoying.And the only reason why they do this is to reduce the amount of support requests. But what happens in reality, they place the burden on the customer, because he/she has to wait extremely long to get their support request solved.

I did a free trial with Domestika and forgot to cancel before I got an automatic subscription. Even though I didn’t use it and cancelled on the same day. I got charged £170 and they will not reply to my emails or refund me. Very poor business practice and unlawful to not honour cooling off period.

I used Aweber for my first 2 years on line when I was banned for too many complaints. I switched to 2 other leading autoresponer companies but found delivery at best 50% of that of AWeber!
I have just been reinstated after AWeber discovered that I had been targeted by 2 rivals to get me banned

Course and material are good, but in some courses there are issues with the workspaces that prevent completing the project or require workarounds that mentors are not prepared to support. I've struggled with multiple issues and got poor answers from mentors, which made me spent a lot of additional time to make it until the end.

I had one Program that is only for MS available, that's why i gave Parallels a try. That application named Netnotepad. But in meanwhile i got some additional helpful assistance because several firmware update utility is only for Microsoft Windows available.Also that was running well.

The once mighty national trust continues to decline. Access to properties has been increasingly restricted over past 3 years with rooms and floors taken out of public viewing. Now most properties are completely closed for 6 weeks while restoration work is done apparently. It's the management that needs restoration as all this work could have been done during lockdown.

Parking places are much to expensive.There are nowhere any parking places at the seaside , which are reasonable priced. The nature is for recreation for the everyone .I can't afford these high prices if I would like to go for a walk more often I find it disgusting to take money of the people who want to experience nature and recreate in it The nature isn't a zoo. It is our right to visit it.

Absolutely zero customer service. Have tried and tried to contact them. Customer service should be a priority for braintree considering for most businesses selling online the payment gateway is one of the most important aspects. Hard to imagine anyone would trust this company.

Would prefer no stars but jot an option I wanted to return an item that I purchased from amazon and paid amazon ( even though came from a third party seller) unfortunately the items did not fit and needed to send them back. Call number one sent out the wrong returns label as I asked to be abel to drop it off at at evri collection point where I could print t of the label as didn't have means to do it and they failed there second call finally sent out the right shipping info and told me as soon as I dropped the item off a refund would be processed and paid back to my account well guess what 10 days after the first call still no sign of the refund let alone it being processed so yeah another call to amazon where I was informed I'd have to wait 48 business hours for a refund to be processed and up to 7 days to see it back in my account when ive questioned the so call returns manager regards this after being told it be processed after I dropped the item off at the post office he hung up on me nare in mind I dropped the item off on the 19/4/25 and called them today the 22/4/25 so I took in to account the Easter bank Holiday absolute joke of a organisation and when I mentioned the consumer credit act he just brushed it off
