Received a delivery window of 840am to 1240pm. Then it changed to 6pm. Parcel arrived at 5pm. Waste of a day waiting. Tracking pointless as just says out for delivery. Isn't helpful if not going to stick to the 4 hour delivery. Poor for fedex when most other courier companies give a smaller window and are on time
