They will quite happily allow fraudulent transactions to take place before eventually closing your account and providing no access whatsoever with personal and business accounts all deleted. When they identify fraud, they make no effort to refund any money and instead just close the account until they are relentlessly chased. Their support team is nothing short of abysmal, it will take a miracle to get through to them, they’re woefully under trained and don’t know how to handle events beyond setting up 2FA. They will schedule a call with you, not make the call , and then suggest you open a new ticket up on their support portal.Awful experience

Be careful if you like to have access to free music for commercial videos. Canva have a list of music where they stress that it's frre to use for commercial porposes. However, the other day Vimeo suddenly takes down a lot of videos with the music used from Canva's "free" library. After I have forwarded all relevant material to Canva they agree that the music is free, but in stead of solving the issues with the copyright company, Canva ask me to contact the copyright company, despite it's Canva that have entered into the copyright contract on behalf of their customers. Now I do not dare to select music from Canva anymoore.

I quickly found it was full of white supremicist and tons of bigotry and hatred. Unless you are a white middle aged male. The vile things and acts of violence that users agree with are troubling at best. I don’t understand why someone would want to expose themselves to this type of environment. If it was me I would never use this app.

A national disgrace. The worst reviewed body in uk? Naturally they never respond here. Arrogant ,abusive lazy staff who seem to think they exist just to be paid (very well!) but not actually do anything.If they were just incompetent and useless then ..well same as many public bodies . BUT they are worse. . ...they appear to me to actively obstruct complaints and conspire with large companies and public bodies to avoid GDPR compliance.Most of the staff work at home and are unqualified. Astonishingly average..average!..salary is more than twice uk average. They also appear to be have very prejudiced employment practices...probably best not to apply if you are a white male.

Awful customer service . I never received my credits for plus subscription after purchasing an annual membership . No one ever replied to my many many emails. Update - they finally replied after my complaint on here and guess what - their answer was- we can’t help you now. Well done Domestika you could have resolved it- with no cost lost on your end by just re validating my credits- which were mine anyway. No- you chose to be completely cold about it. I will definitely make sure my creative community never use your services. And post on instagram and TikTok about this thievery . Based on your track record i don’t know how you continue to exist. Us artists are poor enough and then when we try and treat ourselves we are exploited by some stupid tech bro.

BE AWARE...Large fee for customer to cancel!Assumption: they didn't want to offer an Umbrella.Hint: DO NOT docusign until they have quoted everything you need.*Shopped AAA (Texas) for quote due to high rate of increases with current carrier without any claims for decades.*Started 2 weeks before renewal to allow for getting everything in place:auto, home, umbrella, boat, all normal coverage for us.*Got Home and Auto easily enough. Auto was comparable, home was significant savings. Charged me almost immediately...13 days before coverage was to begin.*Was supposed to be "referred" to another department for Umbrella quote. Wasn't contacted, so went online, to no avail, called to kickstart process. Did reach an agent, and was asked many, many questions...which was fine. Proud of "boring" life...no law suits, no claims, no accidents, good credit rating. Umbrella was higher than had been suggested (double!) but better than current carrier. BUT, told we would HAVE to add Boat policy, which seemed fine, until double the cost was quoted. Never got a firm quote on either of those.*Finally got a brief email days later (AFTER auto/home policies began....yep, two weeks after starting the search) rejecting our Umbrella application,because of rental property in another state. It is NOT a rental property, but no one bothered to clarify.*Umbrella was a requirement of ours, auto and home policies only are not a comfort level for us.*Took four days to get someone to cancel the policies over the phone. So, 6 days of double coverage.*Now, cancellation will cost me a penalty of $399, although the fault in not getting timely quotes/"denial" is totally on AAA Texas.Would have thought that two weeks would have been enough time to get everything in place..or denial of coverage.

Every Realtor I talked to told me, Zillow was a nightmare to deal with. You can submit as many requests as you like, and they will never address your problem. For such a large company, you would think they would invest into their customer service. Not the case.

What it does NOT tell you is that you set up a poll and as soon as FIVE people vote, you get an email saying you have used 50%of your free 10 votes and you should upgrade to continue. For infrequent users the pricing is eye wateringly expensive.

DO NOT BUY! This is the most terrible trap subscription that I ever went into. I paid a lot of money to get the membership, however, after entering, suddenly they keep spamming me with emails that if I wanna see song books, I have to pay extra… Also, I cannot download the scores I want - apparently, most of the good ones are named “offical scores” - and I cannot access them, unless I pay more money! So this is really a super commercial product, all they want is your money money money! So do not go there, do not sign up for a subscription. I paid $50 and I haven’t used it. I just keep getting annoyed about it. They have gone from being one of the best crypto companies to the worst. All their decisions they have made in the last 2 years have screwed their loyal customers. I have lost about $4000 and now they are taking away the only great perk they had left for card members, which was lounge key access. I invested $4000 2.5 years ago by getting one of tier cards where you would get a certain percentage back per month on your investment in their in-house crypto (Cronos - CRO) which then you can convert into USD. Soon after a few month the company decided to decrease the percentage paid for the investment by a large amount. For example instead of getting $100 per month, now we would would be getting less than $50. Few months later the rate dropped again, and finally they basically said no investment returns for anyone below $50k or $100k. Which pretty much screwed most of their customer base. Since this happened most people pulled out and sold their CRO shares and eventually the value of CRO went from 4.XX to now 0.06. My current portfolio value went from $4000 to less than $700. The only reason I was keeping it still was the hope it will one day go up in value and also the lounge access perk since I travel a lot internationally. Now that great perk is gone and they are sending us a happy email saying good news we have screwed you again. What ever you do, do not invest with this horrible company. They don't care at all about their customers and they will change rules and perks on you in an instant without any warnings. They have screwed so many people out of their money, I am waiting for a Class-Action Lawsuit any time now!
