Andi was very helpful. Explained to me that I should be a little patient with using the service and that it really works. I was going to cancel my membership. She was kind enough to offer to help me keep my membership ship for a much cheaper price if I give it one more shot. I decided to keep my membership. That’s what I call great service 👍🏻
