Their delivery person comes at my place when I was away so to save his time asked my neighbour to give them that red dress instead the neighbour gave red sweatshirt and pant to the delivery guy. Delivery guy happily takes it and that's how I lost expensive product to a cheap dress. No escalation , calls or feedback helped. Flipkart says Sellers has accepted the exchanged product so we can't do anything. This is flipkart save yourself from this app.
