I bought £15 worth of Apex coins for my son and never received them. After numerous emails which didn't resolve anything, I spoke to 'EA Help'. I was an hour on the phone, sending them screenshots which were never quite right and had to be resent. They eventually gave us the missing coins, although I asked for a refund. Fed up with it, I accepted that. Just got my mobile bill and the call to them cost me £37. Premium rate. I am fuming and just about to report them to Trading Standards. How can a company get away with having no complaints procedure?! This company is a disgrace.

Actually didn't want to rate. But to write a review had to But wanted to rate minus 100.1) Ordered for 2 combo pack of આ ડ્રેસ material of different colors. Received only one so raised આ compliance with their customer care on their advise was trying to place આ return request and boom my account was blocked by them. On complainig them about this issue they said its from system. You are blocked we don't know the reason of blocking sorry we cannot accept your return request nor can ever unblock your account. 2) Ordered a kids dress very cheap quality so asked for a replacement. Their delivery person comes at my place when I was away so to save his time asked my neighbour to give them that red dress instead the neighbour gave red sweatshirt and pant to the delivery guy. Delivery guy happily takes it and that's how I lost expensive product to a cheap dress. No escalation , calls or feedback helped. Flipkart says Sellers has accepted the exchanged product so we can't do anything. This is flipkart save yourself from this app.

Did not receive my item that I paid for. The unprofessional delivery company that Alibaba assigned to deliver my item I purchased did not ring the door bell to let me know that my item had arrived & to give me my item. The delivery driver left the item out side my house for any one to see walking past or driving past - the item probably got stolen. I have ordered many items through the internet & have never experienced such an unprofessional delivery.Extremely disappointed.I paid AU $33.09 for the item with PayPal, the refund I only received AU $29.20 for my Item - got rip off by Alibaba.Will probably never order & use Alibaba again!

I placed an online order. UO use Evri as the courier who left my parcel outside, on the doorstep, in full view of passersby. The parcel wasn't there when I arrived home from work. I contacted Evri and UO. Evri replied, and they've investigation and found the courier at fault. UO haven't even replied, let alone sent me a replacement order or given me a refund. I am massively out of pocket. I definitely wouldn't recommend UO and I will not be shopping there again.

It has help me grow my company. In the first year of using Mindbody, our registrations and revenues were the best they had been in 5 years. My clients can schedule, cancel, reschedule, sign up for classes and pay online. It's very easy.I have many reports to check. There are a lot of tutorials which are great for helping my staff and I find the answers for questions without needing to call and contact a customer service representative.Otherwise, the team of people they have behind the scenes is absolutely phenomenal. I can no considered other software.
