Scam Alert!Guys, There is a big scam happening through Flipkart, I wanted to bring attention to it.My dad ordered an inverter from Flipkart through Ekart Logistics in India. So he ordered a Luminous Zelio, but When he opened the package, there was an old, beaten up lumionous electra sent from them. And when he calls the customer care of Flipkart, they told him that the return/refund window is closed now. He received the package on Nov 25th and didn't open it as he trusted them. And there is surprisingly a return policy of only 7 days for this. He was waiting for an electrian to come and get the inverter installed, so it got delayed and he opened it the day the electrian arrived which was after Dec 2nd.They were all shocked to see what they have received.My dad trusted Flipkart, but now he is never going to buy from there again. This is pure scam. Guys please share this and spread the message. I wish I could post pictures here of the invoice, what he ordered and what he received.Please share this and be aware of this Flipkart scam! Never ordering again from Flipkart ever.
