Have some self-respect and close your account. This site has no respect for its members, no customer support, and just a bunch of cheaters all over. They have been closing people's accounts due to faulty software and losing members like crazy from what I hear from customers online. If you want to become a truly good chess player try Licess or Stockfish and get yourself CART-10 from Chess King. If you try playing against players on chess.com you will never be able to gauge yourself because there are more cheaters than non-cheaters.

Scam Alert!Guys, There is a big scam happening through Flipkart, I wanted to bring attention to it.My dad ordered an inverter from Flipkart through Ekart Logistics in India. So he ordered a Luminous Zelio, but When he opened the package, there was an old, beaten up lumionous electra sent from them. And when he calls the customer care of Flipkart, they told him that the return/refund window is closed now. He received the package on Nov 25th and didn't open it as he trusted them. And there is surprisingly a return policy of only 7 days for this. He was waiting for an electrian to come and get the inverter installed, so it got delayed and he opened it the day the electrian arrived which was after Dec 2nd.They were all shocked to see what they have received.My dad trusted Flipkart, but now he is never going to buy from there again. This is pure scam. Guys please share this and spread the message. I wish I could post pictures here of the invoice, what he ordered and what he received.Please share this and be aware of this Flipkart scam! Never ordering again from Flipkart ever.

What a waste of space these people are. All I got was a text from dpd saying the driver was delayed on 17th Dec then nothing. Went to support who said I had to wait 2 days. NOTHING. Went back to support who fobbed me off with an open ended statement with no dates to come back to me. No update about dpd. I asked to escalate and was ignored. TOTALLY useless company. How long does it take to contact a courier????

I purchased some leggings from TRUEFEAT. They were awful. The only way to leave a review was through Spotify- but Spotify does not let you see product reviews. This is a way for online stores to dupe you into believing others can see your reviews. So- there is no way for true honest reviews to be seen. Truefeat only shows positive reviews on their page, and only a few at that. So- if anyone is considering purchasing these awful leggings, just know the material is slick and shiny, they sag in the cr0tch and they do not stay up, and the side pockets are shallow and half of my phone sticks out.

Very dishonest with subscriptions. I signed up in September, then cancelled the subscription in October through Apple Store on my phone only to discover in February that I was still being direct debited every month. They wouldn’t issue a refund or even acknowledge that the process is misleading. It took me about 2 hours on online chat before someone finally cancelled the subscription for me but in the mean time I paid them 175 euro unknowingly and for nothing! Don’t sign up in the first place!!

Was charged for 2 years even though I canceled 3 or 4 days after signing up once it was apparent that this was not fit for purpose.
