Flipkart failed to deliver my order twice and they cancelled it on their side with an email saying that the courier service was unable to reach me on my phone or address. That is an absolute lie. They never contacted me regarding this order. Why do you wanna hide your failure by sending such emails to customer? Don't you even have the courtesy to reach out to the customer and let them know in case the order could not be delivered and don't you even try investigating with your partners and vendors.
