We had reserved a room for 2 nights for Father’s Day weekend. We had reserved a king suite with whirlpool. When we got there, they had sold our room out from under us. We had traveled for 2.5 hours to get to Fort Smith. They offered us lodging at their sister hotel. We were assured that even though they didn’t have a whirlpool in the room that they did have jetted tubs. We drove to the sister property which was only about 2 minutes away. When we tried to check in we were informed that they didn’t have jetted tubs. She said she’d told the other property that less than 5 minutes before our arrival so the aspen lied to us. She also informed us that the aspen had removed the whirlpools out of their rooms so they had sold us a room at an incredible rate hike that said we had a whirlpool. I do not advise anyone to stay at this property. We drove a great distance & had to backtrack 30 minutes to find lodging.

Amazon used to be a great place to buy good quality products but now it is riddled with cheap Chinese rubbish that also destroys good trustworthy businesses. Those Chinese sellers actively try to destroy good businesses. They don't care. Even after what China did covering up Covid 19 and letting it spread around the world.I recently left a review of one of these products including how I felt about Amazon being ruined with cheap Chinese goods and about how insulting it is after everything to do with Covid 19. Supprise, supprise it wasn't allowed to be posted. Why? They said it was hate speach. Its the TRUTH! We now have companies that are actively trying to protect China.Fact, millions of people are dead becaues China wouldn't do what it should. They even covered it up! But now it of cause it is hate speach to say that. So we just blame the the governments of these various countries instead. How many enquires have ever called China out over what they have done?Fact free speach doesn't have much that is considered hate speach unless in the most extreme of cases. I stated the truth.I expect I'll probably get prosecuted for hate speach seeing as how we no longer have freedom of speach any more.

Once again ! Item says delivered today to letterbox. Whose exactly as it wasnt mine ! Cant these delivery drivers read ? Sick of Amazon employing lazy drivers who dont read properly dump anywhere and run and lie about delivery. And Amazon continue to employ these people. Standards bad lately.Update:Discovered next day (Monday) been delivered to ground floor office postbox office only open Mon-Fri. So lazy driver couldnt be bothered to deliver to flat at weekend tho flat number very clear on label. What a lazy liar to say delivered properly. Unbelievable. Shouldnt have to chase around to find deliveries.

I was willing to write a thoroughly favourable review of the Little Wine Bar Taunton - but could not do so. Open Table's IT kept refusing to accept the verification codes they had sent me. The sole means of contact with Open Table (who do not accept replies) was then via a moronic Chat Box incapable of answering a question or of passing me on a real person. I enjoyed lunching at the restaurant. But a defective IT system prevents me from saying so.

I've just tried to write a review on OpenTable. They wouldn't accept my the verification code they sent 3TIMES and seem to insist that I download their app (I'm not prepared to do this). I decided to review the restaurant on Google Reviews instead. Restaurants should be aware that OpenTable is putting off reviewers. I hope they aren't paying OT for this facility.

Flipkart failed to deliver my order twice and they cancelled it on their side with an email saying that the courier service was unable to reach me on my phone or address. That is an absolute lie. They never contacted me regarding this order. Why do you wanna hide your failure by sending such emails to customer? Don't you even have the courtesy to reach out to the customer and let them know in case the order could not be delivered and don't you even try investigating with your partners and vendors. I love creative market, but I am having a very bad experience with my last purchase. I bought a presentation template that is nothing like what it's showcased...font types, letter spacing, line spacing, and the layer position.. a mess. When it's a design template , you are buying it for this.. forr the beautiful design..this changes may seep "small" but make everythink look cheap and bad.. I bought an outstanding design, and I get a begginer's one.. I contacted Creative Market support through the web form (after trying the designer to fix it and have so many unlogical answers from him..like sending me some random different presentation basic powerpoint designs [like I need those...] or make me mark for him all the inconsistencies on the file...when all the design was off, if as a designer I have to mark the obvious file errors for you..that's bad.. a nonsense..... . I had no response at all from support... It's not about money...its about that it seems this person is pretending to be a designer and selling designs that he has not made..if not..I dont get it.. i feel so scamed.. And I am a designer myself, so I know what I am talking about.. I sent to both , designer and CM, screen captures of the different layouts..original and what I download and dont match . Maybe from here they take in consideration my reclamation..

Some months ago I changed my email address online but they're still sending emails to my old address. Now I find that I can no longer log in to check/change my details online. I tried calling them but gave up after a lengthy wait on hold. This is not the level of customer service which I expect from such a (formerly) much-loved institution. I also note that they cannot be bothered to respond to the numerous negative comments on this site. Perhaps they should re-direct some of the energy which they put into being politically correct to improving their services to members.Update: I was contacted directly by the NT soon after posting my negative review and they have now sorted out my problem. Their service is still below par but all credit to them for their active response hence an upgrade from 1 to 3 stars.
