My most recent experience with flipkart is pathetic. I ordered a fridge on the 14th April 2021 and the delivery date of the order showed as 15th April 2021. As the goods did not get delivered on 15th, we called the customer service , the response we got 'the seller has already shipped the goods, however the logistic company have problem and it would be delivered by 17th'. Ever since flipkart's has been dilly-dallying and giving lame excuses about further shift in the delivery date.Today 19th April, on 2 occasions on the same day I was called and was told that my delivery has been delayed and each time it moved back by a day. I expressed my frustration and asked the agent I would like to speak to someone senior; the agent apologized and convinced me that he has put an escalation in the order history and it should be delivered sooner than the said date. Upon receiving a repeat call about further delay, I was furious and insisted I want to speak to a senior manager. I must say, the customer service agents are trained well not to expose their senior managers come what may. After expressing my frustration I was asked to call the toll free number to get to speak to the senior manager.Long story short, the toll free number took me through IVR and connected me to another customer service agent. When I asked him to put me on to a senior manager as I needed firm answers, the agent put me on hold and came back saying he was connecting me to a senior manager. When I asked him the designation he was another cust. service executive, upon insisting he said he was connecting me to senior manager; I had a gentlemen whose name I am holding back, came on the call and when I asked him his designation he disrespectfully disconnected the call. I waited for more than an hour expecting a call back, and since he hasn't, I am venting my frustration. If at all there is some one at flipkart who takes customer grievance seriously I would like them to look into order no od121520163014441000 and go through the recordings of 19th April 2021.
