I ordered a mobile from Flipkart. It took 2 months to deliver but since it was at the duration of corona I didn't blame Flipkart. I accepted the delivery after 2 months. but on the very first day, I found out that the speaker as well as audio jack were broken. they were not working. I raised a replacement request. they first told me to perform a factory reset. I did it without any results. they scheduled a tech visit who on arrival told me we can not do anything with this as this part doesn't fall under our policy. and he rejected the request. I spend 30000 rupees and I'm left with a broken phone. well done flipkart. But I'm happy now as I've quit buying from flipkart and also stopped all my friends and family memebers to buy from it :)
