Using Jotform is simply brilliant. As a social enterprise, every little helps to make big differences. It's easy to use, I love the fact that it has templates and you can also start from scratch; forms, surveys applications, the data analysis and download system is great to save information in excel and PDF format, it's incredible as it also enables you to add your logo, pictures and signature.
