Since the founding of Facebook, a member of the site, experienced that for some reason without a precise explanation, the profile was shut down. Instead of letting the problem be solved, they immediately shut down the profile regardless of whether you are really guilty or not. Terrible, so don't use the platform Instagram, Facebook and everything from this platform. Disrespecting long-time members, shame.

Using the video software was fine, and I got a nice video for my grandmother's funeral. However, I had to pay $100 to be able to download it, and then apparently it auto-signed me up for a recurring annual fee. Well in the middle of grief and chaos, I don't remember this and if I did sign up, I never canceled. When I got the charge, I marked it as fraudulent, but Animoto convinced my credit card company that they were in the right. So I went back to Animoto and explained the situation, and they snarkily told me that because I went to the credit card company first, they are "unable" according to "federal regulations" to reimburse me. I never received a reminder email that I was going to be charged again (which all *reputable* companies send, like Amazon, Google, etc.). I am just fed up because I bought this for my grandmother's funeral and now a year later I'm getting slapped in the face right before Christmas.... So anyway, be careful if you sign up. They won't remind you.

I constantly have problems with my Norton antivirus. If it actually launches (it often just has a pop up saying Pending.... and nothing happens) it fails to detect viruses. I have had to use the free Malwarebytes tool to detect and remove a virus that sailed past Norton, even though I have the paid Norton 360 Premium version from Symantec. I have had my account suddenly show that I am on a trial that has expired, even though I have paid a years subscription, so the computers have no antivirus cover and they have to start the whole process again from scratch (once when they were talking me through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling it, they omitted to uninstall a part of the software and left my computer unable to connect with the internet - Apple found the problem after 3 hours with their support even though Norton said it couldn't be anything to do with them and refused to help further). I can't contact an agent on the 'phone us' option as I fill in my details and press NEXT - and get taken back to the main contact us page. I can't contact them on chat because I never get my turn in the queue. I get to No1 in the queue or to "An agent will be with you shortly" then suddenly I'm back at 7th in the queue - and so on, never ever getting to speak to an agent. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

It's easy to use, I love the fact that it has templates and you can also start from scratch; forms, surveys applications, the data analysis and download system is great to save information in excel and PDF format, it's incredible as it also enables you to add your logo, pictures and signature. We booked Vrbo for the first time and I was so disappointed. I had to clean up and wash bedding when we arrived . There were ants in the kitchen drawers and on the worktop. The worse part was when we left we were told we owed money on electric even though the meter hadn't changed and the cleaning lady said she already knew about the problem with the ants. We had to eat out every night. Waste of time and money - never again - avoid.

The website does a lot of things right, but gets a tremendous amount of things wrong. I'm writing this to let anyone thinking of using them know the good and the bad. The Good: Good website creation tools and ecommerce tools. Very flexible. Lots of apps to enrich your site.The Bad: Absolutely atrocious customer service. Nickel and dime you for anything you want to add to your site. I'm posting this because, as of this writing, it has been almost exactly 30 days since I have received a payout from them. That's right. One month since they've paid me. It's a little under $1,000. Not much to a large company like Shopify, but a staggering amount to me.I contacted them yesterday and was told--by what felt suspiciously like AI--that they didn't know why I hadn't been paid, and that they would "escalate" the issue. A day later, I contacted them again because I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told by the chat person/bot that they realized this was frustrating and rest assured, they were on it. But they added that "this may take some time to work out."To have a customer report that they have not been paid in a month and then give that customer absolutely no assurances that they will be paid quickly nor any information as to why they haven't been paid, is a failure. By not having anyone follow up on this in more than 24 hours is a failure. It means that the company either doesn't care enough to contact me, or there's too much incompetence to contact me. I'm not sure which is worse.Shopify is an okay--albeit expensive--platform to sell on as long as absolutely nothing goes wrong. But if *anything at all* goes wrong, you are in for a very, very bad time.
