We used this for data collection by research assistants. While we used it, it worked okay. However, since cancelling the paid plan years ago, I've been charged twice already for the annual rate and had to reverse the charge. The seem to be unable to correct this error in their database. Support is generally helpful, however the form that is used to communicate with their support has issues with uploading screenshots so the process inevitably takes longer than necessary. Would not use again.
