Terrible!! I purchased an online game. The wrong one by accident. I have tried literally the whole day to contact them for a refund. I finally reached a representative after hours of waiting. They denied a refund. Never ever will I use their website again!!!😡

We used this for data collection by research assistants. While we used it, it worked okay. However, since cancelling the paid plan years ago, I've been charged twice already for the annual rate and had to reverse the charge. The seem to be unable to correct this error in their database. Support is generally helpful, however the form that is used to communicate with their support has issues with uploading screenshots so the process inevitably takes longer than necessary. Would not use again.

I think that something happened to Cnet in the summer of 2012. The reviews went from mostly good to very good to mostly bad very quickly. I have not downloaded from the site since my last bad experience.

Last night I downloaded some software. Got my browser highjacked by malware. Took me 2 hours to remove it. I will never use them again.
There was no click or unclick box to let me know a bundle to software was going to be loaded.
I have previously been very happy with the downloads. What has happened to their standards?
