Ive been working with Jotform for a few years. 6 months ago we built a robust work flow system inside. It worked great. In December it broke. A critical form got disconnected from the flow when it was submitted. We spent significant man hours on our end to fix it. We couldn't. We reached out to Jotfom support and let them know the urgency. We just kept getting the "we are looking into it". We asked for time frames so we knew how to plan accordingly. We just got the "we are sorry and understand your frustration". We dont need sympathy. We need answers. We need to understand what is happening on their end so we can plan. Being in limbo is not helpful.
