Is almost always terrible

EA games are terrible at making games work online. FIFA 22 & 23 f1 21 & 22. It seems as if they are really trying to save money on servers and maintenance. EA games doesn’t care if you’ve already paid them.

Not worth the money but has a few decent features

For what it costs per month its a fairly infuriating product to use. It's not really streamlined, uploads get distorted such as merging PDFs which to me should be a basic feature that is ready to go especially for the paid version. It has a few decent features for putting together charts and graphs. Definately not worth the money.

Amazon sending out faulty goods again…

Amazon sending out faulty goods again (the 3rd Kindle i've had and they've ALL been faulty) and their CS is really poor. They don't listen to what you tell them and just send you a copy & paste email so you have to jump through the same hoops over and over again until you just give up.

Defective equipment and replacement with downgraded equipment

During black Friday, I bought the last model of pasta maker which had a default and become problematic when I started to use it more often. I contacted Philips for that. They offer me a replacement after sending my receipt. I did and waited few weeks, nothing happened. I contacted them again, my model was not available and won't be available and offer me an other model instead which was a downgraded version of the one that I bought. I tried to argue but they didn't listen, the case was suppose to be escalated and i was suppose to receive a phone call. It never happened

Continued Chaos

I have written a string of reviews here, and now have to write yet again. As I recorded before they have often charged me two or three times, when once would have done. This was resolved and the money refunded, and they set up one combined deal about a month ago, for which I paid a year in advance. This month they have sent me a notice that my service has been discontinued. This was a standard form without explanation, and obviously with no connection to what had been agreed. I would recommend anyone to avoid them.

Many projects I backed, seems awesome to get something new off the ground. But so far about a third of those just stopped without any word or explanation..If you think you get a good deal just make sure you can wait a couple of years and then still a lot will never send you anything.Bit ridiculous that the website itself really does not care

Unfair treatment biased against customers - companies can do whatever they want

Company ignored my SAR. Complained to ICO. ICO requests evidence only from me, not from the company. Company can say whatever they want even if my evidence proves them wrong, and the ICO still sides with them. Was told to contact the company again even though I showed 5 emails they already ignored. Company said they spoke with me on the phone and I didn't want my data. ICO sided with them. ICO then ignored my complaint.

The worst service!

One of the worst piece of service you can ever come across. These dumb-asses don'e even know where the product is or what is the delay in it. Dumbasses have a worthless support where they are just paid to apologize to users. I don't know how the flying F on earth these dumbasses survived thus far!

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE / RESPONSE FROM FLIPKART TEAM

I am from Ahmedabad. I have ordered two mobiles., on 17th July-2019- in under exchange process.Two new mobiles., were came for delivery and the logistics (person delivery boy who had visited my home has verified., my old (two) mobiles. Its really very much painful, that the delivery boy has not even know the check points of Old mobile verification as per Flipkart Policy., and refused to delivery the new mobiles and also refused to take back the old mobiles.Complaint raised to Flipkart Customer Support Team on 22nd July-2019 , for those two mobiles, and the Incident details are given below.Reference Nos.1.OD116023506809812000 .Incident: IN19072216073720015542 OD116023429778300000 Incident: IN1907221605251547648As per Customer support team advise- i had sent all the required photos both my two mobiles . Post to the above, in spite of many calls to them, till now i am getting reply from Customer Support (Executive, Escalation Manager etc) " We are yet to get revert from our Technical Team, and will be revert within 24- 48 hours time".It is totally irritating after taken 100% payment from customers., and response is very much pathetic.... not giving any proper details to customers.., and making customer to go to Piller to Post for solution...Even today also, i have got the same reply.., and i am awaiting for want of my new mobile phones., as 5th day., as against the delivery commitment day of 23rd'July 2019.Need delivery latest by tomorrow (27.07.2019) EOD- else, i do not have any option, other than going to Consumer court.I hope the Flipkart Senior Team will look in to seriously on war foot basis., if not later., to avoid further complication(s).

We had AAA for 10 yrs

We had AAA for 10 yrs, never used them before. Car broke down, called AAA. They assured me someone would be there in 45 mins. Noone ever showed up. We kept calling back as instructed every 15 mins for an update. 'When' they would answer, they kept saying someone was on the way. 6hrs later and now nighttime, noone had showed, noone answered at AAA any longer. We had to call our own tow truck and paid $160 out of pocket. AAA left us stranded!! We will never use them or attempt to use them again. I have heard this same thing now from multiple people. Such a shame they do not do better. The tow truck driver that we got there ourselves said noone will answer AAA calls anymore because of the way they do business. Nice to know.

I got an Lyft ride on January 18th 2025…

I got an Lyft ride on January 18th 2025 the charge was $11.66 then jumped to $287.00 then $12.79 is suppose to be my final charge after the driver dropped me off at home, which is 13 minutes ride. And I have yet to hear from Lyft about my money $287.00 plus the $12.79 I’ve been writing in the app I also emailed them and still no response!!! And the app is no good when it comes to reaching Lyft!! I need my money back, you should have been put it back just as fast as you took it!! I have no food nor drinks, I’ve been borrowing from other peoples and that’s freaking embarrassing!! Please give me my money!!!! Signed a loyal rider of Lyft

Broken Approval Flow

Ive been working with Jotform for a few years. 6 months ago we built a robust work flow system inside. It worked great. In December it broke. A critical form got disconnected from the flow when it was submitted. We spent significant man hours on our end to fix it. We couldn't. We reached out to Jotfom support and let them know the urgency. We just kept getting the "we are looking into it". We asked for time frames so we knew how to plan accordingly. We just got the "we are sorry and understand your frustration". We dont need sympathy. We need answers. We need to understand what is happening on their end so we can plan. Being in limbo is not helpful.
