Jotform is good but the service is very poor as different customer service ppl deal with your 1 query and have no clue or not bothered reading the entire issue as result leaving me to repeat myself several time to the point I’ve give him. This email is out of frustration due to poor service form jotform. You can not call them, you can not even chat to them via chat it’s all via email so there is always several hours delay time and if u need urgent help there is none you have to wait 3 days my account has been suspended, initially jotform agreed it was in error and apologised I didn’t think much of it and continued working, within hours it happened again and it was and still is not accepting my username or password. I have sent several emails but I get 1 liner back “oh your account seems ok” 7 hours wait to just hear this? I then replied and again many many hours later I get similar response. I think they must work off commission as how quick they close issues off without even resolving them. Fed up with it all and now started to explore google forms and actually not bad platform altogether.Update: and again I’ve been barred of no fault of mine and still waiting for the issue to be resolved, sent email and the same issue as above the issue is resolved form our end plz try again, guess what? I tried and it’s still barred lol I can’t be bothered anymore just leave me barred thanksUpdate: This continued on for approx 2 weeks and the service I’ve never experienced s there else. Honestly speaking I never review any company but this one to watch out for for the service you get. No one took ownership of the issue and I kept getting same response again and again. I’m not sure how it’s set up but no one bothered to read last notes and kept getting the same response. I’ve requested management to call me but it seems like they can’t be bothered to hear the truth so not called me or emailed me let alone any bring else. If you can say away from them
