This review is specifically about the RTE Player - not RTE as a company. The Player is very very frustrating to use. The ads take ages to run - buffering endlessly. The image quality of the actual programmes can also be hit and miss until it 'gets going'. Disney, Netflix and Amazon all stream fine... just not the RTE Player.
Review of udacity
The program is going well, it has definitely matched my needs as well exceeded my expectations. The project helped me understand all that i have learnt and also an opportunity to practice. I love the fact that i get a review and feedback on what i have done with creates opportunity for more learning and growth. Udacity program is the best as regards transitioning to tech especially as a data analyst
Review of tripadvisor
Tripadvisor used to be an invaluable resource when travelling. You'd occasionally come across some wacky reviews, but these were easy to ignore. Sadly in the last few years it's been completely flooded by fake reviews, which are bought by travel businesses on an industrial scale in Pakistan, India or the Philippines. If you look at many (if not most) travel businesses in, to name a few, Mexico, Morocco or Egypt you will realise most of their reviews are 5*, fake, and written by posters who have only written 1 or 2 other contributions. They will sometimes even include photos supplied by the company itself.Tripadvisor claims they have a zero tolerance approach to this, but they clearly happily tolerate it, especially from businesses who sell their products directly through them, earning them commission. The "report a review" button is completely pointless and nothing happens.I can only recommend being very very careful about highly rated businesses and check who has written their reviews. Always look at the more negative ones too - if someone who has written 300+ reviews was unhappy, that is probably a good indication of how that travel business actually operates.Edit: see their reply below - completely ignoring the issues and pretending they gain nothing from positive reviews - what a farce!

Shutterstock's policies are the definition of inflexibility and poor customer service. They offer no refunds, no option to change from yearly to monthly subscriptions, and a steep 50% early termination fee for those trying to cancel. After subscribing, I was stunned to learn there’s zero leeway—even if you’ve only been a customer for a few days or weeks. Their customer service is unhelpful and unsympathetic, offering no solutions or flexibility. IMDB is completely untrustworthy website. They dont publish your reviews if that review is not falling in line with their agenda. If a movie rightis owned by prime video than they wont publish any negative reviews for that citing several filthy reasons. Their review guidelines even says that they can reject any review even if it follows their guidelines.

Jotform is good but the service is very poor as different customer service ppl deal with your 1 query and have no clue or not bothered reading the entire issue as result leaving me to repeat myself several time to the point I’ve give him. This email is out of frustration due to poor service form jotform. You can not call them, you can not even chat to them via chat it’s all via email so there is always several hours delay time and if u need urgent help there is none you have to wait 3 days my account has been suspended, initially jotform agreed it was in error and apologised I didn’t think much of it and continued working, within hours it happened again and it was and still is not accepting my username or password. I have sent several emails but I get 1 liner back “oh your account seems ok” 7 hours wait to just hear this? I then replied and again many many hours later I get similar response. I think they must work off commission as how quick they close issues off without even resolving them. Fed up with it all and now started to explore google forms and actually not bad platform altogether.Update: and again I’ve been barred of no fault of mine and still waiting for the issue to be resolved, sent email and the same issue as above the issue is resolved form our end plz try again, guess what? I tried and it’s still barred lol I can’t be bothered anymore just leave me barred thanksUpdate: This continued on for approx 2 weeks and the service I’ve never experienced s there else. Honestly speaking I never review any company but this one to watch out for for the service you get. No one took ownership of the issue and I kept getting same response again and again. I’m not sure how it’s set up but no one bothered to read last notes and kept getting the same response. I’ve requested management to call me but it seems like they can’t be bothered to hear the truth so not called me or emailed me let alone any bring else. If you can say away from them

BINANCE, the most unreliable platform when it comes to withdrawal policy. The biggest jerks. I had to recover a significant amount from them - after I've been hacked by some crooks in China and Binance did not accept the fact that I contacted the bank to recover my amount (because Binance never recovers anything). It happend around 2019 and even today (2024) I still haven't received those money. The amount is blocked in the Binance account and access to the account and withdrawal are blocked (although at that time I sent all the proofs from the bank, including screenshots and official bank statements, absolutely everything to Binance! SHAME ON YOU, BINANCE!I 'll NEVER RECCOMEND BINANCE as a fair company, you dont deserve it! There are other companies that treat their clients in a more respectful way and have better withdrawal policies Note: I wrote real facts that happened to me and this is an honest review.

Awful experience with Binance:Changing a maiden name into a spouse name is a nightmare: I gave all the necessary documents but I already lost 5 days in a useless tchat and I still continue to struggle currently.Meanwhile, I canno't have access to bank transfer and my funds are still on the Binance account.My advice: RUN AWAY!
