I accidentally bumped into this site and then discovered the endless possibilities. I never heard of it before but it's nothing short from brilliant!! In the beginning I was wondering what on earth I had to do or could do, but then I noticed the options and possibilities!!
I had to ask the sales team a simple question" What is the cost of their most basic package for 2 users" ?Before anyone would tell me the price they had to try and upsell me via:1-2-1 sale meetingQuestionnaire EmailsBut were still unable to let me know the cost! They were unable to arrange a 1-2-1 for 7 days, so I had to wait for them to get back to me, to allow me to buy their online service! You have so much information from me now, most of which is irrelevant to this purchase.But I do not have the one piece of information I need to sign up. "What is the cost of their most basic package for 2 users"?I'm sure this was designed this way by some clever online marketing person ..... I LOVE jotform I've been using it for years and the new AI feature is so well thought out and it will make our business so much more efficient! also, there customer support is out of this world, i've never had the pleasure of dealing with such great support in my life!
I had a frustrating experience with Jotform. The platform is incredibly buggy - forms would randomly break, saving issues were frequent, and some features simply didn't work as expected. It felt unreliable, especially when I needed it for important tasks.After dealing with these issues for too long, I decided to switch to Formly.so, and it's been a much smoother experience. It’s clear and reliable, without the constant glitches.
The app is great because it allows you to create forms that can be used as an app, creates visualizations and provides very complete data in reports. Although the free version has limitations, I consider it one of the best apps for creating forms, because of its versatility.
Jotform is being used for employees to submit their weekly timesheets. It is very easy to create the form and to be able to put in the necessary fields. The employees found it very easy to use and were happy to have moved on from paper timesheets to digital. Jotform makes things a lot easier for HR and the company will be using Jotform for the foreseeable future.
