Review Time
I've received terrible service from the Jotform support team. Currently I am:- Paying for a service that I can't use- Because I can't access my account- Having gone around in circles with support- Having them upgraded my ticket to 'priority', but waited 2 and a half weeks with no resolution (and not an end in sight)- Wasting my time in follow up and stalling our progressI have basically accepted that all the forms I created have now been lost (about 10 forms, each with 100 or so fields), and that I must start again from scratch. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Especially if you think you will need support. ------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: Apparently being unable to login to my account or create forms *doesn't warrant a refund or pause in subscription*------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 2: Problems aren't resolved yet, but they have refunded the initial payment (awaiting to see if the subscription is cancelled/paused too).------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 3: Over a month has passed, and I have not heard from Jotform again since they said that they marked it as a priority with their developers two weeks ago.
Our company has recently began using Jotform, the only downside is not using this sooner! It makes everything so much easier, professional and just overall we are really enjoying this service. We have a few staff in the office who are not very tech friendly and they are all really enjoying it too! Definitely user friendly.
Unhelpful, features don't work for paid plan, they cannot fix it and want me to pay more for enterprise. Joke! Speaking to Nina and also just getting told that I need enterprise. Why should I pay more when I already paid and it does not properly work and you cannot even find a fix?! Unbelievable.Update: I’ve opened cases, your support is useless. You have my phone number. if you really want to provide a resolution, give me a call!
