I've maybe left 5 reviews in my entire life, but what I just experienced should be shared. I signed up for what I thought was the monthly plan for Fotor, but it charged me $39.99 (the amount for a 1yr subscription). I'd never even tried the thing, so there's no way I wanted access to it for an entire year. I attempted to get the matter corrected before using the software/website, but I was told via chat that nothing could be done at this time, BUT, if I wanted to sign up for another year, it would only cost me $25. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, I tried the AI professional headshot feature (the only reason I signed up in the first place), and the results looked like my 9 year old drew it. Total piece of crap. There are AI toon face generators on the Play Store designed for kids to play with that generate better headshots. So, I'm out $40 and not happy at all with Fotor. Lousy customer support. Product not fit for human consumption.
