Purchased an item from the website on the 25th with the website stating it would be processed within 3 days and 12 days later contacted customer services for an update and advised that the order is in the warehouse and they are currently experiencing delays due to the festive period but all is well with the order and I should hear something in the next few days.48 hours I receive an email to say my order had been cancelled.Absolutely terrible customer service and still waiting for my money back.
