Took ten days to tell me there was an error with the price of the watch I purchased. The error is fine, things like this happen. However the communication is very poor. Contact should have been made much earlier to advise people there was a problem. The order hasn't even been properly cancelled, the email just says it will be done within two day. So that is a further two days that they are storing peoples money! If there is an error refund my money!
