I signed up for a free website with them. I built my website and connected it to my existing domain. Everything seemed fine, apart from loads and loads of spam emails that I received daily. They constantly wrote to me, that my website wouldn't perform well enough and I should rather book their services. Anyway, after months of spam and me not booking any extra services, I suddenly had a customer contact. They found me through my website, contrary to what this firm tried to tell me. But the moment this customer got in touch with me, they shut down my website. NO previous warning, they told me the reason was, that I apparently hadn't logged in for 12 weeks. This is the reason to delete all my work? It took me ages to create this site. Everything was gone, and my new customer asked me why my website was suddenly gone as it seemed suspicious. This is unacceptable. The first time they sent me a message to let me know when I had to sign in next, to prevent them to close my account due to inactivity. And this time they just did it without any warning. I'm not constantly looking into my website when everything is working. To take this as a reason to just delete everything, sorry but that's really a no go. Would never recommend this firm, it was an absolute disappointment.Reply: NO THANKS. I've taken my business elsewhere.
