I signed up for a free website with them. I built my website and connected it to my existing domain. Everything seemed fine, apart from loads and loads of spam emails that I received daily. They constantly wrote to me, that my website wouldn't perform well enough and I should rather book their services. Anyway, after months of spam and me not booking any extra services, I suddenly had a customer contact. They found me through my website, contrary to what this firm tried to tell me. But the moment this customer got in touch with me, they shut down my website. NO previous warning, they told me the reason was, that I apparently hadn't logged in for 12 weeks. This is the reason to delete all my work? It took me ages to create this site. Everything was gone, and my new customer asked me why my website was suddenly gone as it seemed suspicious. This is unacceptable. The first time they sent me a message to let me know when I had to sign in next, to prevent them to close my account due to inactivity. And this time they just did it without any warning. I'm not constantly looking into my website when everything is working. To take this as a reason to just delete everything, sorry but that's really a no go. Would never recommend this firm, it was an absolute disappointment.Reply: NO THANKS. I've taken my business elsewhere.

Back in August, I ran an ad campaign on FB to promote my live show. I wasn't getting the results I wanted so I stopped running ads. FB refuses to release the $352.22 I have in prepaid funds. There is no legitimate reason to keep people's money unless your goal is to rip them off. How much money does FB make yearly by refusing to release prepaid funds? How is this legal?

I was bought a one blade shaver this Christmas (2023) the system is really good and seems to work well……. BUT in with the product is a flyer which says sign up for an exclusive offer on your first replacement blade. Unfortunately this expired on December the 31st 2022 hmmmm not good!Also in the box was a QR code for the groomtribe app unfortunately this app does not support the one blade QP2630/20 as purchased now I begin to wonder just how old is the equipment Philips sells this bought from Argos not a dodgy back street market stall !!!!What the hell has happened to Philips?

Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I called to get a refund on an auto renewal because I have no devices that need protection anymore. The rep kept telling me over and over about scams and that I really need to be protected and that I could use it on my phone. He would not listen to me at all until I finally interrupted him and he still went into how I should keep this service. finally when he said he'd give me the refund he told me he'd have to put me on hold for several minutes to get it done. I'm still waiting for him to come back and I have now been on the phone for over 15 minutes. I will never use McAfee ever again.

Every single time ive made the mistake of reading one of their headlines, ive been severely disappointed. I cant seem to block this rubbish either. The 9.2 mil "readers" they boast about last year are surely just people like me that read ONE sentence and hit the close button!

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY. IT HAS MORE TO DO WITH JUST NOT BEING "APPROVED". WE WERE, AND WISH WE HADN'T. WE'VE BEEN RECEIVING PAYMENTS IN USD, AND WERE TOLD THAT THE DEFAULT CURRENCY OF OUR ACCOUNT IS USD. HOWEVER, WHEN IT CAME TO BEING SETTLED, BRAINTREE (JUST LIKE PAYPAL) FORCED ON US A CURRENCY CONVERSION, SO THEY COULD ADD ANOTHER 5% FEE TO THE ALREADY HIGH PROCESSING FEES. JUST LIKE PAYPAL, WHICH OWN BRAINTREE, THEY USE CONVERSION FEES (WHICH THEY FORCE ON PEOPLE WITH NO REASON) TO JACK UP THEIR TOTAL BOTTOM LINE. We are processing USD and get settled in USD by another processor (ECOMMPAY), which we reverted to using. Also 2Checkout, have no problem receiving USD and settling in USD. PayPal/Braintree lie to their customers and say that they do this conversion for "regulation reasons", but these are utter lies. If you had any issues with them, look up on Facebook for "PayPal / Braintree currency conversion lawsuit" and join the conversation.

From their management to the installers, I have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest and professional in all aspects of the project. The installers work as a team and clean up after completion. They priced their system at half the cost for the same size than one of the top national solar installers. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for solar system installation.
