Premium Support Rip Off - Totally Useless - No Response Back

With no warning and no apparent reason Github suspended my account. This was over a week ago. Last weekend I opened a ticket and tried to call in ...as we have Premium Support plan it says they have 24x7 phone support..guess what..the phone number goes to a recording which says ...open a ticket on the website ! WTH. Ok...ticket opened and no response. Since they locked me out I needed to create the ticket with a diff email. 1 day, 2days > 1 week no response. I created 6 different tickets during the week, tried to call every number I could find. Even tried to open a ticket with Microsoft since they own GH.. NO #$#$#$# Response and I'm still locked out. What a total rip off and useless support. Their Community forum has many similar complaints including mine.
