I turned off auto-renewal for my domain — 100% certain. Despite that, you charged me anyway. This is NOT the first time this has happened with your service. I'm sick of it.I don’t want this domain. I don’t want your service. And your site makes it nearly impossible to contact an actual person — just a maze of useless FAQs and broken help paths.This is shady, predatory billing. If someone disables auto-renewal, that should mean something. Your system is either broken or designed to screw people over.
