Careco new review. My last review I gave one star, which was warranted at the time. Since my review I have been contacted by Careco Head Office. My complaint was actually listened to this time, and I was speaking to a Team leader named Mike, who understood the needs of elderly people, and why they purchase mobility aids to help the customer actually get out and about. We spoke about how Careco can improve the customer care department in detail, and he's promised to take this on board. So now my complaint has been resolved in less then a week, I want to now give 5 stars to them, and thank this gentleman from Careco for taking the time to listen to myself as a customer. I have also been reasured if any more problems no matter how small , I can contact him direct. So thank you Mike, Careco should keep hold of you , and train their staff to your ethics.
