Phone Northampton partnership homes as I have a voucher for paint. No booklet with letter as stated, so couldnt get paint as no phone or address to collect. Phoned the voids team, the only phone number on the letter. First call was cut off before answering, the second was a waste of time. Spoke to a girl who didn't have a clue and couldn't give me the details I needed. Said they would e mail it to me, but again no idea when (or if!). Then tried to ring repairs, on the 4th attempt I was put through, again the information still not given, and they'll be in touch! Wouldn't it be easier just to put the booklet in with the letter as it was meant to be. They are totally incompetent 😡
