I don't see the zero stars rating so 1 will be an upgrade for them. It primarily to do with their level of intelligence. I have a Fi account and I am American. I am in Portugal for a year working and needed to keep my American phone number for work and personal reasons. I was experiencing issues with my phone so I bought a new phone. I have a dual sim, local number on the physical sim and the esim is my US Google Fi. I have been rejected activation because I am not currently on US soil but it is promoted as an international functioning product. And it had worked ok in my current location in EU. They have the ability to activate it here because they offer the service to government / military working overseas (which is great)... but what about the other Americans working overseas? They expect me to fly back to US for 20 minutes and activate my esim. Google do me a favor... please google the word "inefficient" and "dumb".
